Our regular languages and other common languages |

 Throughout our work we differentiate between our regular languages and other common languages. Group 1 – Regular languages: - German - French - English/American English - Dutch/Flemish - Italian - Spanish (Spain/Mexico) - Russian We use our familiar and proven working method for translations between languages within this group. Our engineers who check the translations, have an excellent command of our regular languages, benefit from our strengths and receive translations of the highest quality. Group 2 – All other common languages: For these language combinations, we function as a translation agency. You send us your enquiry and we take of the translation using external native speaking translators. We have developed very strong partnerships, for frequently occurring language combinations, with well proven reliability and quality. However we would like to emphasise the fact that we are not able to have our own engineers check the quality of the translations from these partners . We must, therefore, rely on achieving quality assurance with the aid of our suppliers. In these cases, our internal quality assurance is restricted to checking the completeness of the translations. We select our partners, of course, on the basis of our experience and accordance with strict criteria, although this can never entirely replace our own in-house quality assurance system.
